My Purpose
After a successful journey in the corporate world, the latest one in the Music Industry as Business Development Director for Sony Music, I decided to venture into creating my own Training and Consulting firm, LACiMMA, in pursuit of my purpose:
Helping others in their personal and professional development.
I’m an enthusiast Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) for YPO (Young Presidents' Organization).

I design and facilitate programs, workshops and retreats for Organizations, Universities and Forums covering topics on Leadership, Sales, Creativity, Effective Communication, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Branding, Vulnerability, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness.

Using tools such as:
Executive, Life and Team Coaching, Flipped classroom, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®,Points of You®, Upside® Coaching, among others.

For +18 years, I’ve been a Marketing and Leadership Professor at two top Universities in Mexico: Universidad Iberoamericana and Universidad Anahuac, which is my endeavor to make a difference in the upcoming generations.

I recently published my first Book titled “¿Quieres Vender? Cómprate a ti Primero”. Which combines sales techniques with personal development, two of my greatest passions.
