Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) is a premier global network uniting over 33,000 young CEO’s across 125 countries, all dedicated to a common goal: fostering better leadership through education and the exchange of ideas.

The heart of the YPO experience revolves around “forum”, a self-discovery journey that aims at making trusting relationships and gain honest insight and perspective.

I am a strong believer of the power of Forum because my own forum had a great impact on my life, which is why I decided to become a Certified Forum Facilitator.
​
Since being invited by my Chapter to serve as a Spouse Forum Officer, and now as a CFF, I’ve had the opportunity to assist in the creation and moderation of forums and retreats in Latin America, USA and Europe as well as participated in several Forum weeks for different chapters both in person and online.
​
My expertise includes launching new forums, process and forum protocol and reconnecting with the forum’s purpose for forums that need revitalization. I help forums embrace vulnerability and strengthen connections, pushing growth and deepening their foundation.

​I can help you bring your Forum to a magical retreat in Mexico and have a taste of its diversity in culture, food and heritage. I can also travel to the location where your retreat will take place. Usually travel from Mexico City.

​I like using team coaching techniques, design thinking methodologies, gamification, positive thinking, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and if forum members like it, a little bit of Thetahealing© which is a powerful meditation technique that enhances personal and collective growth.
